Returns

We are sorry if you decide not to keep your Katy&Ro purchase, but we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.

How it works

• Please contact us using the chat functionality on the website with your refund request.
• All returned items must be received in their original unused condition. We reserve the right not to refund goods in an unsaleable condition.
• The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer.
• Goods should be returned using appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transit.
• Goods must be returned using signed delivery.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of the returned item(s). The refund will be credited back using your original form of payment less the original shipping cost which is non-refundable.

Please note that Katy&Ro products are hand printed by artisans in Rajasthan and any small variations in the design or pattern will not be viewed as a valid reason for return.

Sale and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Katy&Ro accepts exchanges within 14 days of receipt of goods.

• Goods must be returned using signed delivery.
• If available an exchange will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s), less the original shipping cost which is non-refundable.
